Bonjour Jolie subscription

I have been subscribing to Bonjour Jolie for months now.  I have had problems with them a few times, but have always been resolved.  But this time, it is not working.  They charged me for my March box, but I never received it.  I wrote them initially, they responded fairly quick and I got a tracking number, but the thing is the tracking number never move.  And it's May now and they have stopped responding totally.  I requested cancellation and again they fail to answer my email. I liked their subscription, but this kind of service is unacceptable.  And I can't remove my credit card from the system (will try again).  So frustrated.

I am writing again to see if I would get my March box at all and it is May now.  I just double checked, I did pay for it--
